01 / THE CHALLENGE

What they needed

Church goods are not a typical online catalog. Many items are made to order or ship directly from specialty vendors, sacramental wine can only be sold to parishes, religious organizations and clergy, and customers need to find the right vestment, vessel or statue quickly in a large, specialized catalog.

02 / THE SOLUTION

What we built

  • A refined Shopify theme with a reverent, image-led homepage, clear catalog and brand navigation, and staged draft themes so changes could be previewed before going live.
  • Product discovery improvements: organized collections, improved product galleries and dedicated collections such as Correlative Appointments.
  • Shipping rules for vendor-shipped and freight items, including an acknowledgment customers must accept at checkout when shipping is quoted after purchase.
  • Special-order items stay available to purchase instead of showing “sold out,” and wine sales follow the store’s eligibility and delivery rules.
  • Ongoing care: catalog and pricing updates, policy wording and analytics reviews.

03 / THE OUTCOME

Where it landed

  • A storefront that matches the store’s long-standing reputation with parishes and clergy.
  • Clearer shopping for made-to-order and vendor-shipped products, with fewer surprises at checkout.
  • A dependable, ongoing partner for updates as the catalog grows.
