This policy explains how Dexider Studios (“Dexider Studios,” “we,” “us”), a website design studio run by Mark Desider in Monmouth County, New Jersey, handles information collected through dexiderstudios.com and our client portal. We keep it short and specific, and we never sell your personal information.

Information we collect

When you contact us

When you send a project inquiry, we collect your name, email address and the project details you choose to share. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

When you are a client

Clients who use the client portal provide account details (name, email and a password, which is stored only in protected, hashed form) and may upload files, leave comments or review proposals. Payments are made through a secure third-party payment processor; we do not see or store your full card number.

Automatically

Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. To limit spam, we keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) version of a sender’s IP address for about an hour; we do not store raw IP addresses with inquiries.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts visits without cookies or personal profiles. We may also use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots on our forms.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the client portal and chat may not work without them.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals and quotes.
• To design, build, host and maintain websites and apps for clients.
• To send project updates, invoices and receipts.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.

We will only send marketing emails if you have asked to receive them, and every such email will include a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, storage and analytics.
• Resend — delivering email notifications.
• Our payment processor — handling client payments securely.
• Our private client-management tools — organizing inquiries and projects.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. We never sell or rent personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live (for example, under New Jersey’s privacy law), you may have additional rights. Email info@dexiderstudios.com and we will respond promptly.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls and reputable providers to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
